Jason Pamer
Founding Partner
Co-Founder and CEO of Sypher Studios, a boutique content studio with offices in Los Angeles and Seattle. He has produced films with Steph Curry, Jada Pinkett Smith, Laura Dern, Paul Walter Hauser, Michael C. Hall, and Annette Bening, and has overseen more than ten independent films from development through global distribution. His documentary After Death became the highest-grossing spiritual documentary of all time, opening on 2,745 screens — the third-largest release in documentary history. He has helped raise $25M+ in private equity across film, tech, and hospitality, and is an EP on the upcoming Mark Wahlberg-led thriller By Any Means and Destry Spielberg’s debut feature Please Don’t Feed the Children. A hotelier and investor in ecosystem-disrupting technologies, he lives in Franklin, TN, with his Greek wife and four kids.

With 35+ years managing complex productions across multiple countries, Foster brings a global perspective and sharp creative insight — producing films that captivate, challenge, and endure.

A serial entrepreneur, investor, and corporate development strategist bridging biotech and media. Based in Los Angeles, he fuels growth and partnerships — from the groundbreaking Sound of Freedom to major Hollywood productions — through ventures in IP, design, and VFX animation.

Co-founded BUBU 15 years ago, bringing more than 25 years of industry experience. With a strong foundation in visual effects and over 15 years as a director of commercials, music videos, and films, he has guided countless creative projects across formats. For Peter, storytelling lies at the heart of everything he does.
Ashley Tan

Global Head of Philanthropy, Impact Investing & Sustainability at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he leads all “Tech for Good” work deploying financial investments, advanced GenAI solutions, and strategic capacity-building to drive measurable outcomes for one billion people across four continents by 2030. He partnered with the Gates Foundation to launch PathGen, the world’s first 14-country pathogen intelligence platform, and with Temasek to power two of the world’s largest sustainability and education platforms. His team was instrumental in saving Ukraine’s digital public infrastructure during the war — a $75M+ commitment that earned AWS the Ukraine Peace Prize. Previously held senior roles at BCG, Monitor Deloitte, and Booz & Company. Harvard Kennedy School MPA, LSE law degree, and World Economic Forum Young Global Leader.
